Lost lute quest reward

The quest reward popped up then vanished
Quest tells me to speak to una for reward but no option. Have tried reloading and closed game fully Ps5 player. Last bumped on Jan 1, 2025, 9:31:51 PM

Figured this one out: “Lost Lute Reward” is ABOVE where it says “The Song of the Siren” in her dialogue prompts. I’m not sure how to view it on MnK, but on controller, you can scroll right to highlight “The Song of the Siren” and scroll up to claim the rewards.
