Gravebind effect not working

Hello, im playing MF build with my friend and i use gravebind gloves to gain kill advantage but his kills do not increase my war banner valour. So i think that my rarity bonus not working also. Please help

Same problem here. What is the meaning of this ?? There should be a way to see if the item is working or not...

I am almost trying this build and also not getting valour even though streamers say this works. I am guessing because I am not getting Valour my rarity of items is also not working. GGG can we get a comment on this please? Is this unique bugged?
