Lost unique item to "The King in the mist" PoE2

Hi

I killed the boss King in the mist on cruel for the first time and stuff dropped. I died right after and all was gone. Idc about what items dropped - but i lost my 30+ spirit permanent. Is there any way to get it back? Tried to rekill but no drop.

Please help

I have the same thing happen to me, where you able to get help?

Finally figured this one out - got all the way to act 3 cruel without the first spirit buff 'till I got it.

Go back to Act 1 hunting grounds, do the big ritual altar and then summon Finn, talk to him about the encampment and then clear through the area to Freyhorn - don't travel by waypoint or it might jump stages in the questline (even if you've 'completed' Finn's quest previously).

Once at Freyhorn, do the first altar you find and summon Finn again. Talk to him about the area, then clear the remaining 2 altars as usual.

Finally, - the Gloom Skull should drop right on the ritual altar.
