Minimum time to kill limits to retain gameplay, especially bosses

Bosses, and maybe monsters, feel like they should have a minimum time to kill limit so you can't melt them so fast you are no longer playing a game.

Give some sort of visual feedback to indicate how much the player is exceeding the limit by. Maybe have the health bar start red and progress through the ROYGBIV color spectrum based on how much excess dps is being done. So someone can make the statement: My build and gameplay cooked Count Genor and took him green going on blue.

Convert the excess damage into magic find values proportional to the lost clearing speed. Gives the same amount of loot, but you are still playing a game instead of a pressing a button and watching the screen explode in a low interactive experience.

The problem is the best part of the game is being thrown out with over-ramping builds so far as many "non-PoE1" players are concerned. The problem isn't that people shouldn't be able to build, the problem is that they can build out of playing a game.
