massive screen flashing in towns and in specific maps on xbox series x

massive screen flickering and distorted pixels in towns and certain areas of the game on xbox series x, also some screen tearing as well. also no reset default options selection on xbox series x.
anyone else having this issue on xbox series x? I reset my xbox, redownloaded the game and still the same issue as well as not happening on any other game. I dont see any post from the devs acknowledging this. any info is appreciated thanks.
so oddly enough this is only happening on my main character thats level 51, my level 6 is not graphically bugged so i have no clue how thats happening. I took a clip of them both running back n fouth in the same place and it happening on 1 and not the other and sent it to support, hope they can help.
