Power siphon crashes instance for me and other players

Whenever i use power siphon i crash. If my friend is in the same instance as me we both crash (have only tried this in hideout)

This started happening after i added a weapon set 2 and bound blink as well as some other skills to it.

So far it's completely consistent press e to crash the game.

i realize this might be wrong forum

this is in path of exile 2 sorry if wrong
