Bleeding Concoction missing Area Damage Calculation.

Despite having an AoE tag, Bleeding Concoction does not scale with area damage, at least when linked with Concentrated Effect Support. The rresult is that the only thing that happens is that the AoE of the skill shrinks with no benefit.
