Spirit bug broke my Witch

I am in cruel difficulty act 2 and ive been running the exact same build for a while now. when I activate my spirit abilities it will reserve the appropriate spirit and show them as turned on, then randomly when in combat they will turn off and refund all of my spirit for no reason and none of the abilities will function and ill need to manually reset them just to get them to work for about 30 seconds or less in the same fight before having to redo the process. Please help as this is ruining the game for me and i've been having the issue for about 5 days now and i've stopped playing in the mean time as a result.
