Life Overflow from Remnants and Item Combo Bug

So, I have been having major problems with my Bloodmage. Spirit skills kept turning off, which i believed was linked to trigger spells. I spent probably 8 days trying to figure what was going wrong. The previously created bug report can be found below.

But everything written there is pretty much useless, as I discovered that my 2 sources of life overflow were disabling all of my spirit skills. That is Life Remnants from Bloodmage ascendancy tree and Couture of Crimson Gilded Vestments which allows for life overflow from life leech.

I discovered it upon tests, where I unlearnt all of the skills from the ascendancy skill and the spirit skills were not turning off. Then when I was adding the skills 1 by 1, the spirit skills were turning off. I asked around and I was pointed towards the reservation mechanic. I tested every single bit of gear that could provide me extra resources and found out that those 2 sources of overflow dont work together well.

I have no idea why, I will do some more tests, however I'm 99% sure that this is the culprit. I spent 8 days and much of my gold on it and I would like to think that I tested everything else.

Pls fix. I can add some extra info regarding eq and skills later if needed.
