[GAME CRASH][REPORT] Constantly PC Crash.

The game is always crashing my PC in a way it's almost ending my fun with it. It ruined my live streams. I couldn't reach the end game yet. I've wait for a solution, but patch after patch it didn't come(in my case), so i'm creating a more detailed thread now. And i ask you to take a carefully look in my case, because it's so much crashes and it will help other players to maybe avoid this situation.

PC Config:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 1700
GPU: Nvidia RTX 3060TI Aorus Elite
RAM: 16GB+8GB(different specs)
MOBO: ASUS TUF B550M Plus
OS: Win 10/11

Character:

Class: Witch
Ascencion: Infernal
Spells: Mostly cold spells

I use demon form, and it's visible in the log that it has some bugs classified as critical.

Crashes where occuring since the beginning of the game, sometimes iddle at the town, like clearfell. It randomly crashed in hideouts also.

I already do everything i could:

Tried to see if it was overheat.
-Changed Thermal Paste
-Left the computer case open.
-Increased the CPU fan speed to maximum if it reach 55°C(it doens't go upper).

Tried to see if it was CPU low Voltage:
-Chaged clock and voltages in every possible way.

Tried to see if it was overload:
-Limited CPU usage to 98, 90, 80.
-Limited the core usage by the game.

Tried to see if it was OS:
I downgraded it to Win10 because of this game.

In the game options:
Everything possible, excluding no multithreading, like:
-Let all default options.
-Tried all renderers.
-Tried all shaders(dlss, fsr...) and no shaders.


Gameplay:
I try to avoid a frost bomb combo, it appears more related to crashes, but ice nova do it crash as well, or sparks(it's in order of the more to the least).
Maybe it's something related to monsters? Maybe to the character itself? Maybe it's related to power spikes? Unfortunatelly i try to avoid using that spell combo, but i must in bosses, rare monsters or massive waves.

I got the habit to wipe the shader cache all the time too, because the game performance start to get worse and worse by the time.


Didn't tried yet:
Downgrade video drivers.
Disable ingame multithreading.


I stopped my live streams yesterday after crashes occuring after every 5 minutes. I was at The lost City(Cruel). I didn't progress in the game since then. I just went to the bone pits to farm a little bit and test my build.

Maybe the PC crash isn't related to some of them. Sometimes the log doesn't even register a crash, but it's rare. There's a bunch of them repeated between those, which i didn't paste here.
The last crits will be probably related to the character, bone pits or the lost city.
