[Bug] Infernal Cry not empowering certain attacks.

Infernal Cry is not empowering magma spray from magma barrier. either that or the empowered attack counter is bugged because it is not being consumed when it's triggered. magma spray does not say it can't be empowered like "resonating shield" so i'm assuming this is a bug.
