Consistent Connection drops in PC , none on XBox

The game is unplayable for me via using the steam version, so I bought an XBox version. The XBox has never dropped even a frame , but the PC client may run up to 15 minutes or so then start dropping the connection over and over. Each subsequent time I log back in after losing connect it will drop in under a minute. The same internet connection is used for both the PC and the XBox , but the XBox has never dropped even once nor even stuttered or rubber banded.

Is this due to the PC client or my PC?
