Character stuck in boss arena (Viper Napuatzi Act 3 Utzaal)

Boss from Utzaal (Viper Napuatzi) gets stuck between the guards and now its impossible to kill it or be killed. Can't cause any damage and now I'm stuck in this arena.

Just tried logging out and back in, and I'm still stuck in the arena.
Tried closing the game and still stuck in the arena.
