Lingering Illusion skill

The case is - Lingering Illusion skill https://poe2db.tw/us/Lingering_Illusion is literally bad, i thought skill sugggests that enemies would agro on illusion, but they dont. Illusion has extremly short duration time, and enemies just igrnore it. You almost don`t get nothing by this spell cause when enemies ignoring illusions - it is very very hard to gain a charge even not with 100% chance... just spent 30 spirit for almost nothing

So just pls make illusions keep agro, like them was intended

This skill is useless in its current form. It should last at least 3~4 seconds.
Or give us non-caster builds another way to generate power charges.
