Purchased Supporter Packs - No Keys

Hello! I purchased the game on 12/17 and also purchased 2 support packs that way I could both have my in game cosmetics and share the early access with friends. The problem is I never received the keys via email like I figured I would, and the website here says I have no access to the early access.

Is there someway to fix this? I was super excited to get into this series with my buddies but we’re already 3 days past playing together because I have no been able to get these keys for them. Obviously this isn’t world ending but I’m not a fan of being the guy to keep telling “just another day or two”

I purchased the ps5 early access pack, followed by the $30 Ogham and $100 Faridun packs that both list an early access key as a part of their respective packs
