I can't complete Act 2 Quest "Ancient Vows" on difficulty 2

I can't complete Act 2 Quest "Ancient Vows" on difficulty 2.

I got Sun Clan Relic in The Bone Pits and Kabala Clan Relic from Keth. I accidentally threw them away during the game, but new relics don't drop anymore, no matter how many attempts I make, re-entering the game doesn't help, and the quest hangs. Need help please.

i have same insue with relics , have two copys and rop on ground and its just gone , 2 gone 2 stay on ground an now cant fisih this quest
