Sekhemas Game Breaking Bug

a bug that crashes the game when u go over the clocks in 4th floor of sekhemas while in witch demon form

- tried it again after de-forming / going on it with the witch and didnt get any issue at all

by passed all of it using normal witch / de-forming

issue come up again when fighting the final boss of 4th floor when he was around 30% HP seems like a stage mechanic or something crashed my game (was in demon form when that happened)

crash error says that mirror image of demon form or something

does seem like the assets of demon form mirror image from that clock thing isnt loading correctly or missing
