can't delete the blue mushroom!

It's the blue mushroom. Already performed the Cauldron Keeper quest. Have this in my inventory but can't delete it or place it in my stash.

items can not be dropped anywhere. |

" Quest items cannot be deleted from cursor, which is what happens to an item if you try to drop it in town or in your hideout. They can be dropped onto the ground, which can be done in combat areas. |
