Character Restoration

Hello,

Last Week on Saturday i missclicked on the wrong Character deletion and i sent you an email about this. Well, i know you guys are busy but its been a week now and it would be nice to know if its even possible to do so.

If i would have known that it takes over a Week to get an Answer, i simply would have leveled a new char.

How ever, maybe its still possible for you guys to help me out.
