Enable Jewel nodes to be Allocated with Weapon Set passives for Pathing

I've found myself quite restrained when trying to use the Weapon Set passives, since I can't path through jewel nodes. I think it would be fine if they became "closed" if allocated with 'Weapon Set' passive points.

This. I don't really see why they can't just work like every other node does with weapon sets, but at least let me path through them even if I can't use them.

edit: Apparently you also can't use them to pick up keystone passives making this a really limited system. I get they're probably worried about abuse cases, but now I'm just disappointed because all these limitations required me to find out by trying it.
