Lost passive tree skill points

I was doing a major respec of my character and had 2 skill points leftover. I acceped the skill tree with 2 passive points not assigned and they just disappeared.

Same thing happened to me with 4 points, try to refund one skill and then purchase it again, see if that fix it. I'm not even sure because I don't know how many I supposed to have (with the levels and the+2 passive skill points items) but I think the 4 points that disappear came back visually after doing that :V But something strange happened that's a fact hehe. Thanks for the reply. I managed to get the points back. It turned out to be a visual bug and my points went to other side of the tree :D. Something weird happens if you try to respec nodes but the points did not disappear so thats good. :)
