Always showing that im offline

Here is the thing, I have 2 accouts merged tougher in a sub account and play that xbox account by accident(less tab and appearance) , and I want to transfer my guild to pc account character, then i changed my subaccount to pc one, and add my xbox one friend. When I change back xbox character, I couldn't accept friend application. It's stucking there all the time. And that Xbox account's character always showing offline. And I even cannot mannge my guild now. no matter how hard i try to create new role, still offline...
