Trade Website Problems

I'm playing Poe 2 on Xbox and when I go into my pause menu to select the trade website and error pops up saying check my Xbox live account? Does anyone know how to fix this ? I do not have live. Shouldn't need it, but any help would be appreciated. Thanks
