Accidental Purchase

I purchased coins and bought an armor pack to use in POE2 but somehow I had 2 accounts linked on the same profile and it did not transfer to my main. Is there a way to get the armor on my main without spending another $50? I've emailed support and haven't heard anything back. Thanks!

To start with, we'd appreciate if you can include your Path of Exile account name (including four-digit discriminator) and the names of a couple of your characters. If you're inquiring about a particular purchase, please also include the transaction ID of the purchase. This is usually sent to you alongside your receipt of payment by the payment processor you used. |
