Can't get direct message on trade site to work

For some reason I can't seem to get the direct message button to work despite being logged in in a town and above level 25; which I believe are all the pre requisites to using it. I'm receiving an account must be logged in error instead.

I'm having the same issue at level 40 and I have my Steam Acct linked

I just got this problem cause i connected Steam to Poe 2 website account.
I fiddled with it for a moment and figured out a solution that allows me to trade again. I hade to switch my account, on the poe 1 website toward the top of the website next to the header, swap it to the second account and you should be able to direct whisper now. |
