Delirium and Breach issues

The game design in PoE2, to have a slower and more methodical gameplay (which I love) is at odds with the basic premise of both Delirium and Breach.

1. Delirium fog seems to disappear too fast on high tier maps, except in the case where it doesn't. At present, it appears random. You either get a map with pretty much "stable" fog, or it moves almost at running speed which excluded minion-based build because minions despawn if you move too fast.

I suggest that the bog is made to move slowly and if the occasions where the fog was stable were a bug, make it a feature to mach the new pace of the game.

2. Delirium splinters - these drop at a very slow pace. Sometimes a full T15 map, with modifiers, will yield 2. Provided that we need 300 for just one Simulacrum run, this number should go up 5-10 fold. I suggest to borrow the pacing from the Eater of Worlds and the Searing Exarch: do 32 maps and meet the boss. 30 maps with fog should yield one Simulacrum.

3. Breach: even with the less murderous start post patch, the breaches close too fast in light of the slower pace of the game. Minion builds need extra time for the minions to group up and start moving forward.

I suggest to have the screen right around the Breach hand free of enemies and then having higher and higher as you move outwards. A little delay on the clock for when the breach closes will better suit the current pace.

4. Like Simulacrum, Breach splinters a few and far between. Doing 30 Breaches should be about sufficient to assemble a breachstone.

Yeah breach drops really nothing for me.
use delierium oils on your maps, nets more splinters than mirrors.

Breach is completely fine, getting 20-40 splinters per breach
Are there any good frenzy payoff skills?

I do, getting 1-2 Delirium splinters per T15 map unless a boss spawns. It does not feel that it is worth it.
Breach is completely fine, it just requires a build that can clear. Simulacrum splinters could drop a little more, but it's not terrible if you to actually engage with the mechanic (not this forum's forte) and anoint maps.

What's unacceptable is only one attempt at the boss per Simulacrum/Breachstone.

Yeah, poe-1 builds will oblitirate poe2 breaches and delirium.

Just due to the fact breach and dilirium are counter-design to what poe2 was presented to be.
My main problem with these two event is that I barely understand how they work. The game could do a better job explaining more in detail how they work rather than:
"Ohh here are mobs go kill".
