why can't equip "expert" weapon ?

hi, i'm lvl 76, i bought a weapon that is ilvl 80 and require lvl 72 to equip. I meet all the requirement in stats and lvl and still can't equip it. it have an "expert" affixe. I dont understand. Thk players !

Also if you're using Titan's Blood to one-hand a two-hander, it actually doesn't change the strength requirement listed on the weapon. You'll need three-times that requirement to equip it.
