FPS PROBLEMS

PC: i7 6700k, GTX1070, 24gb ram. Resolution: 1080p

- Rares/Unique monsters post-death effect dropping fps

- vulcan gameplay

My opinion is that it should improve dynamic culling so that it removes more effects, and along with dynamic culling, an option to disable the post-death effect of rare and unique monsters and shocking ground effects.

The game will be further optimized before its release right?
I still share this with you, in the hope that this problem can be taken care of, I also leave you my config below, I am 80% sure that my problems come from the CPU load which is too busy, it is a little old I admit. May you take this one into consideration.

CPU : Intel Core i7 3770 @ 3.40GHz
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060
RAM : 16,0 Go DDR3
Stored on SSD

Additional information:
On the video, I am static, and yet the fps are low, but in combat, they are not much lower. In fact, public places, that is to say mixed with other players, often generate a loss of image, while in an instanced zone, my fps are higher except during combat, the larger the hordes are and the more there are has falls, also amplified with auras, spell animations, the presence of other players.
Unlike my neighbor above who describes a specific loss at a specific time, for me it is rather constant and proportional to the quantity. It's still playable... see where I'm at. But it's annoying and unpleasant.

I tried lowering the graphics settings but it didn't change anything, and DX12 is the best choice.
I got FPS Problems too (Im not getting over 40-50fps), nothing is too busy hardware wise. My specs:

13th Generation Intel® Core™ i9-14900HX Processor
GPU: NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 4080 Laptop GPU 12GB GDDR6
RAM: 32 GB DDR5-5600MHz (SODIMM)(2 x 16 GB)
SSD: Samsung SSD 970 EVO Plus 2TB
