I've had my account hacked and lost all my currency and gear progression.

So as the title said I lost all my gear and progression. I contacted support@grindinggear.com but they have not responded in like 4 days. Now I am posting to see if anyone can help me determine what ip logged onto my account on 12.18.24 and 12.17.24.

I suspect it is Exile Exchange 2, it is the only poe addon program I have added for poe2.

same, i lost 50 divs... I was playing earlier today, and logged in a few hours later to lose my stuff.

I downloaded exile exchange a couple of days ago.

never trust unverified application. Specially from GITHUB!

is there a verification in free tools that they don't fail ggg's terms of services?
i don't think so.

you have to trust the unknown persons making changes to the project that they don't want to make money with your accountdata.

i would use tools where ggg checked that these specific versions don't steal your local credentials when they offer them for download themselves but this will probably not happen cause it encourages folks to update those tools with versions from the internet
