Cannot complete trial of chaos

Did the trial of chaos and died, and the ps5 completely locked up. Had to turn it off and back on and now my key is gone. I'm now in end game content and cannot complete my third trial...is this character just bricked now? Or is there another way to get another key?

Same here. There is same message like you died in room X and you need to turn off the game, cause its frozen. After you restart game and came back key is lost.

TRIAL 1 & 2 is unlimited tries
TRIAL 3 & 4 is one per key.

I know it's for 1 try, but now I don't know how to get another key...I went back and farmed the boss like 5 times for another key drop and have done about 25 maps and still don't have another key. I just don't know how to get another one. All the other keys I have specifically say this trial does not grant any additional ascendancy points. Is it just a random drop? Or like a specific way to get more? I've looked it up and it looks like a bunch of people are having this problem. Like now my character is just bricked and I cannot get my third ascendant.

Dont farm boss. I drop one key lvl 61 somewhere around middle of act 6 (act3 cruel diff.). So you can drop it anywhere. And if you drop, dont waste it to early. Whoever think this is good mechanic doesn not have brain in his head.
When you die in trial key disappear like someone few posts above posted. I try to do it, you need to finnish whole trial like the first time. Than it continue with second floor, so whole thing again, there are to bosses at the and with aoe attacks which i manage to kill. I thought thats it. But no it is not. It continue with third floor which you need to finish and than you get your 2 stupid points.
Like jesus which genius came with this idea? Key which rarely drop, honour ---- mechanic in long run, where you face bosess first time and than you loose key when you died.
So you problable be farming like t16 maps a be lvl 90 when you will be able to finally finish this trash mechanic.
