Not getting the points i paid for.

Hello.

I've played Poe for years and spent hundreds of dollars, but now my points purchased through the PS store haven't been delivered yet.

I'm playing Poe 2, and I'm unable to view or purchase supporter packs in game.

I know others on ps5 are getting and spending their points without issue.

I got a free key from GGG so idk if that has something to do with it?

Any info/help would be great.

Idk if this helps but it may be the same solution and I wrote something on the other post about a solution so Im just gonna copy and paste haha XD

So I read on one of the post that if you download the first Path of Exile, the PS4 version not the ps5 one. Then you create a character or if you already have one then go to "mtx" in the pause section. After that just go to "Buy points" by clicking on the currency, not buying but just by clicking on one of them you should get it!

Apparently the "Add-ons" on the ps store for the Poe2 is not connected to it but rather to Poe1 so Idk why it's on the Poe2 "add-on" then if that the case. Maybe they haven't tied them yet or idk. Either way hope this helps or fixes it, idk if it solves it but it did for me at least! Hope it does for you too! And also sorry for the long reply haha XD

I tried this but on the ps5 version of poe 1, I'll re-download the ps4 version and try it i guess

WOOOOOHOOOOO! Glad to hear my fellow Exile! Yeah its weird that it had to be on the PS4, perhaps it has to do with that they haven't updated the store to Poe2 or maybe it's a bug. Could also be on Sony's end since that's where I bought it from where as the other times I've bought on Poe2 store it went through. Oh well, At least we know a workaround so spread the info around my friend! The more people know the more people can enjoy this awesome game! 😄
