PC FREEZES ON MAP/ZONE LOADING

Hi all, thats the most frustrating thing, my PC as many others just constantly freezes on loading maps/zones... no problems at all on other games, other activities.. its getting really frustrating.
When it happens my mouse is the only thing I can move, im not able to close any application or use task manager. Only thing I can do is turning off my PC.

Here are my specs:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800x3d
RAM: Corsair 5200 mhz 64 GB
GPU: Nvidia Geforce RTX 3080 Ti
Windows 11 24H2
nvidia Driver: latest (566.36)

anyone found a solution yet?

As soon as you launch the game, open task manager. Right click on path of exile 2 and go to details, find path of exile 2 in details and right click on it, click set affinity and untick cores 0 and 1.

This is a band aid fix that will make it so that you have 2 free cores so, only path of exile 2 will crash instead of your whole operating system, and you can restart the game when that happens.
