Gold to guild currency does not work properly

I purchased 300 Gold currency in the micro transaction shop.
170 of this i send to my guild currency and it didn’t show up.
Also my guild members send 140 Gold currency into the guild and this didn’t show up either.
I have reloaded the game, it did nothing. I can buy stuff in the store, this works properly so far.

Please review this ASAP as this is just costing people money..
