Double transactions on my account

I don't receive further reply by email since Dec 9 so I will post the thead here.

I bought a 30USD supporter pack on Dec 7. But in the end I have been charged twice for two 30USD supporter packs. I made a ticket on the same day for the refund.

On Dec 9 I received reply and saying they are able to refund that and I already provided character information & purchase transaction ID they asked for but then I didn't receive any single reply after all.

Today is Dec 22 I wonder what is going on exactly here.

Its been already ONE MONTH already and I don't see any single word from you guys. How long do I expect to wait for an answer? One more season? Or wait until it released?
I don't see any reason to play nice with you guys here. GGG keeps sucking our money and became fatfat but without money to hire more supports to help people here around?
I know you will get more ingame points when you buy a supporter pack. Are you guys just waiting for people to spend some amouint of points so there is no need to refund?
