Random Skills Incompatible with any Support Gem

I'm getting a strange issue on my Witch; attempting too use an Uncut Support Gem level 2, and several skills show no compatible Support Gem options, even ones that I know should work.



I have the space for additional gems, my stats are fine. I cannot figure out what is causing this.

And no, this isn't because there is no open slot. I've tested it both ways.

Update: This bug is apparently purely in the Gem Cutting menu; spare copies I had of the listed spell here DOES allow slotting into Bone Cage or other "incompatible" skills.

Bizarre.

From testing, it seems to be primarily Physical spells that are affected.
