After launching the map in the Atlas, the game crashes. It is impossible to enter the guild hideout.

A problem has arisen. I was planning to play on a character from the crucible league (Currently he is in standard). I’m trying to go to the map in the atlas and it throws me into the main menu. I also can’t get into the Guild hideout of which I am the leader. It says I need to complete the task in Act 2 Elena when it has long passed.
