Invisible mobs in ritual

Sometimes when i start the ritual, the mobs are invisible, i take damage and can't move, probably because in reality i'm surrounded by mobs but i can't see them

I am also getting this with strongboxes and breach, mobs have been spawned and are attacking/blocking me but I can't see them. They usually appear after a couple of seconds (if I last that long trying to escape something I can't see).
