Bounties - Idea for gearing new fresh characters
Problem:
Most of player power early on and levelling comes from gear. Characters also out level their gear really quick through campaign. GGG goal is to have players engage in "crafting"/gambling gear and it is necessary to actually be able to play the game with the increased challenge. Not nearly enough materials to actually do this. Idea: Add new NPC to town, say called "Einhar", once you killed a boss it gets added to a random bounty/corruption pool. Accept bounty from Einhar and he spawns boss with a corrupted modifier that you go kill for him, get loot from boss and reward from Einhar (artificer + exalt + regal) so you can ACTUALLY "craft" gear. Limit bounties to 5 per day and once you out level an area they won't appear anymore. If the boss kills you you lose the bounty. note: I'm aware you can make new instances with bosses and farm them, but I'm betting there are people who don't know this, above idea could be a lot more helpful to new/fresh characters.
