GUTS / PERPETUAL CHARGE DOES NOT WORK

Noticed that Guts passive that should heal 3% HP when consuming endurance charge does not work when perpetual charge support gems proc on infernal cry.

Perpertual charge support says it has a chance not to consume charges but still count them as consuming them which shoud proc Guts but i'm certain that it gives me no heal from Guts when my infernal cry does not consume them.

Tested as well, with Magma Barrier to generate and Infernal Cry to spend, and it does NOT work. It is a bug since there is the "green check" on this support gem for Infernal Cry.
