Brute Strength don't work

Anoint only calculate and apply 1% damage increase per 15 strength.
I have 161 strength and have only 1% damage increase.

Do you have it as an annoint on your amulet? What is the recipe even? It doesn't show the required distilled emotions on the passive tree.

A "workaround" would be to grab Brute Strength via a "From Nothing" Jewel in the radius of Giant's Blood. Can confirm that this works.

I take this for level points and it's don't work correctly. "Anoint" - language problem for my side)
