How Do I Upgrade Supporter Pack on Xbox?

I am looking for how to upgrade my supporter pack. I originally purchased on Xbox and got the basic $30 one. I'd like to get the $60 one with the discount for owning the first one. When I try to purchase it on this website, it doesn't apply a discount. I can see the $30 pack in my purchase history.

I believe you do it in game. Go to the shop then look at the packs in game should give you an upgrade option.

I havent seen an upgrade option, I bought the 30$ as a new player just to see if I would like the game which I love it so wanted to upgrade and have no upgrade options. Not sure if there is one.

There is a workaround for upgrading.

You need to install and start Path of Exile 1, in game you can upgrade your Supporters Pack, which also counts for Path of Exile 2.

This option should be where?
I cant see a single supporter pack for ps5 or in generall an ea pack for poe 2

I am still waiting for help on this issue. I also emailed support but have not heard back from them yet.

Is anyone else experiencing the screen flashing in the act 2 ship area?
