PoE2 Odd interactions with Archmage and dex with cast speed
When swapping my body armor from a rare to Morior Invictus with mana % my skill only gained the benefit of the increased mana after unequipping Archmage and reenabling it. Toggling it off and on again would not work. Swapping the chest alone behaved as if I gained much less mana than I had. Removing my belt to reduce my int below the required amount to use Archmage and then putting it back on, then toggling Archmage on and off, would cause the DPS tooltip to update properly.
Secondly, I'm seeing a strange interaction with Dexterity and my casting speed, specifically the small travel nodes on the passive tree. Allocating a certain amount of small dex nodes changes my "cast time" from .21 to .2 which changes my casting speed from 4.67 to 4.93. Note that it's only "cast time", it isn't changing my "attack time" value at all. I am 100% certain no skills or gems or gear are being disabled from this, the dex values I'm messing around with are well over what anything on my character needs. I have no idea why I could be gaining specifically cast speed from allocating dex on the tree but again it seemed worth reporting as it just makes no sense, unless there's some hidden interaction with dex and cast speed like in Elden Ring. It's particularly strange that it's such a sudden jump, swapping one of the dex nodes to int brings me right back down to 4.67 cast speed from 4.93.
