Done after 120 hours. Things I would return for.

120 hours played is certainly worth my $30 so I'm not salty.

Things I would look for before trying POE2 again:

- Rare mobs should drop rare loot.

- Too many builds that can just delete bosses in 10 seconds. Your balance is way off.

- Ascendancies are terrible. Their design does not make them interesting and acquiring them is not fun.

- There is no crafting system.

- Endgame maps...you know the problem.

To be blunt, there are many areas that feel like little imagination was used. It feels very low-effort.

I would come back and play my monk if you fix the King of the Mist (cruel) boss not dropping the +Spirit item. It's such a hard stat to get and it was a real gut-punch when this bugged out.

I think the loot is in a good place at the moment while doing T15-17 maps to be honest. Even while leveling it felt like that loot was good enough to keep your character somewhat up to date and no need to refarm zones that often.

The builds that delete pinnacle bosses should be balanced but I can accept that since the game is in EA. Hopefully GGG will find the right balance for classes/skills/ascendancies.

Ascendancies, this will prevent me from playing PoE2 since it´s the most awful system I have seen in a game to unlock your character progression (that the game is balanced around).

Crafting, this could be improved a little bit but I do enjoy that it is different than PoE1 and when you finally get a good upgrade it feels good.

Endgame maps need waypoints to teleport back to.

Bugged bosses randomly oneshotting you no matter how much defense you have (within reasonable limits) should be looked at. Like the Titan during campaign. Also some visual improvements or voice acting to make you aware of things like the sandstorm on A2 boss would be nice, like Zana during the Shaper and Elder fights.

Survivability in maps needs some serious attention.

Normal white and blue mobs are far too dangerous. Id be happy with rares being deadly but getting deleted by a couple of auto attacks by white and blue mobs in a mapping system where you have one portal just feels bad.

You cant just relax and play poe2 you need to be locked in when ever you are playing and its tiring. I just want to grind and chill when im just doing casual maps. If im doing a pinnacle boss sure I got to pay 100% attention.

My warbringer has like 78/78/78/75 resistances, 64% block with svalin. the node to block all damage from hit and 2650 life. I still die frequently to just random mobs. Maybe it wouldnt be an issue if I could just get 8k plus energy shield and delete all the mobs on my screen from a distance.

My pathfinder is even worse where dodge only works until you get hit and if you do there goes that one portal again.
