Blood Mage Skill Life Remnants isn't working properly

Hi, the Blood Orbs to heal me are not dropping from the monsters, the game isn't playable for me right now, because I am killing myself by using skills. I had the bug a few times in the end of Act 3 and now in the beginnen of Act 1 (difficult). I am playing on Xbox Series X.

I am having the same issue, I believe I somehow went over a spirit cost on a passive and all of a sudden life remnants is just gone, not even equipped anymore. My build is basically dead without the remnants dropping and it seems to persist even if I have 200+ spirit and restart the game.
