Weird Amulet bug?

Hello,

I've been having this weird bug starting yesterday when every time I would take off my amulet, it would unequip and reequip the amulet over and over again that would cause the little halo around my head to glitch out. It would prevent me from moving stuff from my inventory (taking off gear, moving stuff from my chest, etc) or even buying things from the shopkeepers until I reequip the amulet. This is not the only amulet this has happened with, I recently bought the amulet you see in the video but it happened with the one I had previously.

The first clip (unknown amulet bug) is how it usually is, very fast and just stops me from interacting with things until I reequip it.

The second clip (amulet bug 2 giga crash) I attached is the first time the game has ever kicked me to the login screen after taking off my amulet due to lag.
