Vile Vultures animation while spawning on bridges (Spires)

Is it just me, or does it feel like whenever Vile Vultures spawn into the game, especially on bridges (Spires)... They: appear to spawn/jump into map, land onto the ground, then pop smoke and disappear... Only to reappear again in a leap attack (regardless if they are frozen or not)? for a split second, they go invisible at the beginning of this animation.

EDIT: video link https://youtu.be/LXtNFLcWigo around the :27 to :28 second mark, a vile vulture appears to disappear shortly after spawn on bridge, then reappears into a leap attack. I don't know if this is normal. I don't recall them disappearing on the ground.

I have recognized their patterns, but it just seems buggy to me. I don't recall them doing that on regular terrain (I will check into it time I run across them on regular ground).
