Sanctum Major Affliction - Death's Toll apparent one shot although values did not suggest it.

I knew the affliction would trigger at the end of the room. As it ended, I basically took either 2274 damage (Life + ES) or did ~2500 Honour damage at over 75% Honour resist, even though I took the Major affliction at some 1150 Phys damage, and assuming it scales a bit as you get further in, I would assume it would reach 1200 at least.

Im not sure if it interacted with Hungry Fangs and Spiked Exit in some way.
