Skill gem bug, shows a different skill in information and can't be used

I have a skill gem bug (possibly with weapon swaps) where a skill becomes un-usable when attributes break the skill, it now shows a completely different skill and will not change back (Lightning Conduit, shows Blink and can't be used or put on bar)
