Cosmetics Twitch

So I did not realize this until after I watched twitched streams but we have two accounts... never knew I had two accounts and I don't even remember playing on pc other than on xbox both game versions. All my previously bought micro transactions was on the correct account but my twitch drops are on the other account? Why do we need two accounts when you have the established email, I feel like this should have been told or addressed. I know several people have reported this but I would like my drops please.
