[POE2] LOST ITEM Inscribed Ultimatum Lv40

Hi devs!
I hope all is well with you guys.


I used the Inscribed Ultimatum Lv40 - The one that gives 4 Ascendancy Points to open the door at the Caos Temple.

When i entered the door i had to exit the game and turn off the pc.

When i came back and logged in, my character was outside the temple, the pedestal had no item, the door was closed and the item disappeared.

I played for more 4~5 hours on various maps at ACT 3 and no enemy dropped another of this item - also, no vendor has it.


Is this drop a once per character?
Can you add the item back in my inventory?

I am having the same issue. Did you ever get it resolved?
I put it in the offering then had to leave my house for a bit, came back and it was gone when I logged back in.

Not yet friend..

Im in act2 Cruel and managed to drop two new Inscribed Ultimatum but they are not that one - these do not give Ascendancy Points.

Now im going through act 3 Normal all over again for the third time already trying to make the game drop that item but i think its a once per character - sadly.
